Captur is a private file-sharing platform designed for fast uploads and instant links. It currently integrates with ShareX and may integrate with other tools such as iShare and Fireshot in the future. By using Captur, you agree to follow these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to upload, share, or distribute:

• NSFW or explicit adult content
• Illegal content of any kind
• Malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Copyrighted content you do not own or have rights to
• Content involving minors or exploitative material
• Anything intended to harass, threaten, or harm others

If you upload prohibited content, your account may be suspended or permanently banned without warning.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including uploads made using your API token. Keep your credentials secure.

Captur reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we believe may cause harm to the platform or others. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
